Hey everyone,
Get in quick - I am placing a JensonUSA order by the end of TODAY (1st August). Total order so far (5 Nobmobbers) reached $700. The total order must be kept under ~$900 to avoid GST etc.
Shipping charges are based on the size, weight, and value of the items you select. Typically around 15-20 % of the total - we'll share this proportionally. (unless you order something really big / heavy and it increases the postage dramatically)

Hope you have more luck than I did with Jensons.
Placed a order a few weeks ago, but they contacted me to say that my C/card would go through. so I contacted both card companies I tried to use, & was informed that they would let the payment through as there's a Credit card bloke on Jenson for alleged card fraud. so just thought id let you know

Think we shouldn't be down on Jenson for being cautious and looking out for fraud. First order I did had to fax them a load of stuff, but all smooth since then. I've ordered stuff Friday and had it show up Monday, how good is that?
ORDER ALMOST FULL
Question: Can JensonUSA ship items containing solvents (e.g. Rock'nRoll lube, Stans no tubes, Slick Honey Fork grease etc) via FedEx? I thought that with today's carry-on / packing / Customs restrictions these flammable items might not be allowed on planes (even FedEx ones)...?
I've checked their website - no info there...! Anyone successfully ordered and received any of the above? Thx.

The only one of those listed above that is a dangerous good for transport is the lube. It is possible to send flammable goods by air, but requires special packaging - certainly no just a fed-ex bag or standard box.
I have had white lightening lube shipped from Jenson before with no problems.

I have made the switch from Rock 'n' Roll Gold to White Lighting Clean Ride and 2 rides in so far so good.
Not sure if this counts, but I have Ice Wax flown in from T7 regularly.

It wasn't Jenson who where Being cautious, it was my Credit card company & my AMEX as they where both looking in to complaints against Jensons for fraud

Any company that insists you send photocopies of your drivers licence and front and back of your credit cards should be avoided at all costs. Ask your cc company, I'm sure they will tell you not to do it under any circumstances.

I have used Jensons and didn't have to send anything through. I just entered the cc details and my address details for shipping and all sweet. The order arrived a couple of days later. It was all too easy
UPDATE: the JensonUSA order was processed without any hassle.
Expect your goodies to arrive within 8 - 10 days as some desired items (e.g. STAN's) were on backorder.
Will let you know ASAP when all your bike bling is in...
Maybe we can have a Tupperware-style party and lay out and appraise all the goods on the coffee table...
