The meeting times are 'ready to ride'. If you need time to prepare equipment then please arrive a few minutes earlier.

An easy social ride for those not resting before punishing their bodies with irritated medical personnel.

Just planning on a single lap from the Tavern to the end of long trail and back weather permitting.

Your bikes all schmick and in working order, it's generally not a good idea to ride off-road with only 2 days available to potentially fix anything that could go wrong...
Some may say it's being overly prudent but it's not worth the stress.

You are catching on!

If you've got new pedals as well, it would be safer to test them out on the road anyway... provided its a quiet road or carpark...
Loosen them up quite a bit, and tighten as you feel more confident...

Hey Blondie - don't you know it's bad luck for the first ride with any new bits on a bike to be a race? You should take it out to make sure everything is working and bedded in. So what if it gets dirty, just clean it again!

Tend to agree with Rob, best you have at least one ride after any changes just to be happy all good to go for Sun. I changed my chain before DW without having a test ride and that didn't go too good for me.

Ok, I have decided... As my bike really is just toooooo clean and looks so lovely that I will ride from home in the morning up to Red Hill and just do the short fire trail on my side and that way the bike won’t be too dirty afterwards and also that means I can work late tomorrow night!
Too easy after being a drama queen all day hey!

Pikey, I would like to believe you haven't turned to the dark side, but the picture!

You need to be strong and this weekend at Mogo gives you a chance to prove you haven't turned.

I would suggest if you can go the entire weekend without wearing lyrca, shaving down or applying nipple tape then you have proven you are not under the spell of Shaun and Bruce.
