Well done team. 39th of 85 is not bad.

Looking forward to next year's event already.

Tien.

Great work on your podium finishes on a demanding, yet enjoyable & very dusty course... Cool

Upon returning home on Sunday I found in the esky a Coopers sparkling ale. It was chilled as the ice was in that slushy form. So I drank it immediately. Cheers Whisperer...

What a race, I'm very happy with the result and now have 3 2nd places from 3 24hr races so a 1st is coming, trust me.
Thanks to all that came by our camp to offer help and support and especially to the Blackmans boys who got my race bike working again. I did 19 laps on the Anthem and 4 on the VT. It was great to see familiar faces out on the track and I was giving serious thought to a team of 6 next year when the right leg was not playing by the rules. To say I found the course tough (but way cool) is like saying I was a little bit tired after the race.
Congratulations to everyone who enjoyed the race and to The Imported's 2nd place.

Well done John just finishing let alone 2nd winner is a bloody good effort for solo on that course the blue lap really would not of been fun as a solo entrant after 20 or so hours.

So when do you start training for the Solo nationals at Easter which cant come soon enough for me.

I was having a hard time when you passed me on the blue on Sunday morning and had the standard thought that this was my last 24 solo but I'd like to ride today butt need to heal. Solo Champs? There's no time to waste before Easter.
Cheers

Funny coming across you on the exact same corner on the course a few hours apart thanks for letting me past on such a tight twisty section the first time the second time wasn’t so crucial and I was a bit worried when I thought you had fallen over in the bushes the second time you let me past.

How did the extra special waxing preparation work out was it worth it?

My issues this time are still painful butt only 20% as bad as a Hairy R's would have been, so I'm a convert.
