What's wrong with this picture?

The colour scheme is too lively for a track rider or a road rider
there's no bell OR reflectors. totally illegal.

The bike has only got half a fork
There is nothing wrong. Give that bike to me now. I want to ride it. Everywhere.
has that chinos and brown belt dude got a stiffy? (did you like the 80's high school word?)
That bike is totally queer.
I think brown belt chinos dude is playing left handed pocket billiards.
That bike is not mine. Yet.
... can you ster that thing around a corner? the stem does not look like it will go anywhere..... Bernd

It does look pretty special though, could do with some drop bars though
It is clearly against Euro Cyclist rule number 19 to have a stem angle greater than -10*. Let alone that flat bar abomination
