Team toasted has lost its star recruit Mr Grover to the profesional world of sponsored elite solo 24hr riders.
We need someone to take his place in the team any one out there want to join our team of six for a bit good hard riding / racing and fun.

but its my brothers birthday and valentines day too. i'd be risking two family members not speaking to me!

Anyone in this sport / lifestyle/ obsession risks family members not speaking to us on a daily basis by virtue of time away from home ,in the saddle , entry fees , bike bits not to mention the cost of the bikes in the first place !!!
Gazza - please clarify "its your Brothers Birthday and Valentines Day" - ARE YOU A VERY CLOSE FAMILY i.e. you rarely leave your brothers behind or is there a significant other involved.
If its a brother and a SO, I'm sure one of them will understand the importance of a weekend away riding with mates and probably like to come. So really only one will be upset - thats a 50% success rate - you can live with that.

my bro's birthday and he's a real party dude that lives in bondi and he couldn't think of anything worse than spending the night out of town and away from the bright lights. and my WIFE would hardly call a night in a tent with a load of sweaty bikers talking bike talk remotely romantic! please feel my pain! if i was single i'd come(not bothered what my brother thinks), but when you have a wife to answer to its a different matter!
i'm really keen on doing the all the wws solo this year so i think i'll focus on that.
What is this married business? I know not of what you speak...Answering to a wife? What does all this mean?
Guys i have a friend who is quite fast he is in trianing at the moment so he wil b e fast
i can't get onto him now but will be able to tomorrow morning. I will post up if he can ride or not before
