Netti - good words

It's not every day I have praise for any shop, so I just want to put a good word in for the chaps at Netti.

My Fox Talas RLC recently suffered a problem with it's travel adjuster before the Sydney 24 hour. I sent it to Netti after the race and was expecting a 2 week turn around, but as soon as I sent it off I saw the event coming up this weekend. I quickly rang Netti, not only did they fix it and rush it back to me in time for the race (a turn around of less than a week), but they actually replaced the old style travel adjuster with the newer "better" model of this years model, all under international warranty.

Well impressed.
