Hi Guys,

I am looking for any tips or pointers that you guys may have when it come to entering the big bad and underpaid world of the cycling industry. I would like to start off in wholesale, but will look at retail opps, plus I would love to pick up the skills of a mechanic.

I am over qualified, in my early 30's and love cycling.

Check the Dirtworks and other disti sites, they have an area for employment opportunities.
Good luck with it!

try volunteering at events to get to know some of the distributors - they all have stands at the events, a good way to get in front of them.

if at first you don't succeed, try not to look astonished.

Design a new, superb suspension system, let me test for a few months, then launch to the public.

Sell idea to larger conglomerate and retire.

Ride bikes all day, every day.

Splendid!
