Looking for events....
Hello,
I am looking to enter into any event whether it is Adventure Racing, MTB, or otherwise.
I will pay my entry fees and everything that is expected of me.
I would just like to get as many events ticked off as possible this year because it may be the last time I will be able to do so for a few years 
My fitness is excellent, my skills can do with some work (I am however a fast learner).
I dont mind training sessions for events either. Just looking to get involved!

Dude... how does the thought of riding 36Km in the middle of the night sound? Think 3am start, cold, dark, possibly wet. Oh, or you could join a 3 man team and double that even (think Junkie, Whisperer & Steve were banging out almost 60Km each night stint at last years Scott).
Such is the joy of 24 hour racing - get yourself in a CORC24 team if so
Otherwise, check out the Highland Fling (Angry Doctor is full) for 110Km enduro or some of the club races at Ourimbah (HMBC), or Yellomundee (WSMTB), or... there's a zillion more.

There's the Mountain Designs Geoquest 24/48hr Adventure Race (http://www.sleepmonsters.com.au/calendar.php?eve...) this weekend... jump onto the SleepMonsters forums to see if any teams are looking to replace a teammate or you could drop Craig a line to see if he knows of any teams that are looking.
Otherwise, have a look at the NoBMoB calendar (http://nobmob.com/rides/calendar) for most things MTB, and the occasional road event.
Kiwigirl and I are thinking about doing an adventure race sometime this year - you could be our third team member...
