Who is this course for?
Building on from our Knobblies and Trail Bunnies courses, this course takes the experienced rider to new levels. Whether you are a weekend warrior who can tackle some drops/logs, rutted out tracks and/or the occasional step up or techie descent, or a XC racer who wants to refine some technique and maintain momentum .. Trailbreakers will have you leaving your mates behind in your dust.

Hi everybody assuming the weathers is alright im gonna be riding the cascades on saturday 9.00am.
It wont be a full paced ride so everyone feel free to join (no matter what fitness level).
According to demand maybe even link it with wildflower garden which makes an awesome ride in itself.

The Oaks Up & Back

I plan on doing The Oaks up & back as a training ride as the trails on the Beaches could do with more time to dry out. I am not sure of exactly how long but have put 4 hours as a guess.
Terrey Hills Train-ish-ing

Park opposite/beside Terrey Hills shops, corner Booralie Rd/Yulong Ave. Or in the small carpark next to the RFS station & community centre.
A faster version of last week's ride.
The plan will be DH+C+P+L in around 2 hours. With DH+C a second time if there are any takers.
Weather forecast at this point is for clearing showers but if there's anything more than a very light sprinkle going on in the morning I won't be there. Please check back here 8am Saturday morning just to be sure.

Hello everyone im putting up my much beloved rockhopper up for sale as im moving onto a dualy
Ive done a few upgrades to the bike like Shimano hone brake calipers (Deore Lx) deore lx dual control shifters, 160mm xt rotors, maxxis larsen tt 2.35 front tyre, shimano spd clip in pedals and if i think of anything else ill put it in.
It also has a rockshox dart 3 fork

Time to get the fitness up again...and blow out the cobwebs! 
I'm doing a couple of easy Manly Dam laps with 2 mates. Come along - the more the merrier!
