Manly Night Ride
Another bit of a social hit out, somewhere different for a change.
No Pub at the end so don't forget to BYO, maybe the rock along the golf course sniggle would be a good spot.
At the moment no plans to do Bantry Bay but we can decide on the night depending on who is there.
Caro I could lend you some lights if you want to borrow the rush again and show us all how to get down the B line.
Yes that is quarter to eight at night, 7.45pm, 19.45, 4hr 15mins before Wednesday for all those so inclined.
WWS Round 6
CORC will be hosting the last round of the Working Week Series at Sparrow Hill. A chance to test nutrition options for those planning to do the Scott or Mont or just an excuse to sit around in a forest and drink beer with your mates interrupted by riding some mighty fine single track.

A quick spiel:
For the Irate Intern 50km you will ride: 12km of single track; 24km of double track and narrow fire trail; 9km of wide fire trail; 5km bitumen (a little at the start and a little at the finish).
For the Angry Doctor 100km you will ride: 32km of single track; 45km of double track and narrow fire trail; 17km of wide fire trail; 6km of bitumen.
Expected fastest times:
50km - 2.15hours

Manly Dam Trail Day
To be arranged by email one week before the event.
This is not a ride, but trail maintenence day - your chance to keep one of the top trails in great shape.

Terry Hills Night Ride
The Tavern
I'm sure by next week it will be time to spin the legs again at a social pace. Time to catch up and also unwind, particularly for those backing up again this weekend with an 8hr.
Specific trails can be decided on Monday depending on how much rain we get between now and then.
Bring your beer or poison of choice and make sure you schedule some time for a drink or two after as well.

As previously discussed I think this ride better be posted!
We will be meeting at the Terry Hills Tavern car park at 2 Amomora Road, Terry Hills this is just off the Mona Vale road. I rode both the centre track/duck holes and perimeter track on the weekend and the Perimeter track is still quite muddy so we might just do the centre track/duck holes I have forgotten how much fun the water bars could be!

Final Coff's training ride, multiple trails with plenty of hills (Towlers,Salvation and
Baine trails),and a number of spots where people can bail out.
Lisdale XC
In lieu of the postponed Mini DW another plan is here...
Lisdale State Forest. XC track, plus some exploration of the stuff south of the highway. Word is there's loads of sniggle in there. Looking at a map there's plenty of fire trail at least, so we can ride that for some Ks then cross to the XC circuit for some fun later.
Forecast at this point is cold (literally freezing early on), but sunny later. Max 12C, so bring your layers.

I just ate a hot chip sandwich for lunch (yuuum) and now feel yukky so really want to get out – plus Coffs is looooming...
