FULL MOON NIGHT RIDE
The Route: Terrey Hills, Perimeter + Long Trail(18.5km round trip)
This social ride starts at 7:00pm at the Japanese School Roundabout (end of Echunga road), to avoid the muddy bits. This will also give enough time to get back and share some 'tales and ales' and schnitzels at the Tavern.
Social Pace - newbies welcome too - the more the merrier.

Glenbrook social ride
The meeting times are 'ready to ride'. If you need time to prepare equipment then please arrive a few minutes earlier.
Glenbrook Park. In the small car park opposite the shops.
Might do Bennetts + Oaks single track unless there's a better suggestion.
All welcome!!
OMV Midday Ride (Post Official Opening)
The meeting times are 'ready to ride'. If you need time to prepare equipment then please arrive a few minutes earlier.
Dural St car park, between Dural Lane and Dural St, rear of corner of Dural St and Pacific Highway Hornsby.
The reason for picking this spot to park is to minimise noise impact on neighbours. Please do not park in Quarry Road until we get guidance on what's acceptable/expected from the authorities. The trail is a 2 min ride from this car park.
UPDATE:
Let's go swimming instead.
Somehow not the best idea in the world to trash a track the first day of its use...
Manly Dam Multi-lap Mash
The meeting times are 'ready to ride'. If you need time to prepare equipment then please arrive a few minutes earlier.
King Street (near corner with Arana Street), Manly Vale. You know - outside Manly Hydraulics Lab.
Looking to do a few (say 3) laps of Manly Dam on Sunday and some compamy would be welcome. I usually lap in the low 40s. The aim is to ride the lap non stop with regrouping at the hydro lab or Wakehurst parkway.
See you there
Flow Rollercoaster Round 1 - All Mountain NSW State Series
The meeting times are 'ready to ride'. If you need time to prepare equipment then please arrive a few minutes earlier.
Enter via Red Hill Rd, Ourimbah State Forest. On your right will be 'TreeTops' for the kids and it's large-ish carpark. Carry on past there and the first small clearing which is were parking used to be, and is where the 'Browns' single track turns (you might see riders on your left here). Please do not park in this car park.
Parking and official trail head is now designated a further 350m or so up the road where there is a larger area. There's a CCOMTB notice board here by the trail entrance (on the left as you drive up the hill). Park up nose to curb or as directed.
Old Man's Valley (Hornsby) Post Christmas Fat Burner
The meeting times are 'ready to ride'. If you need time to prepare equipment then please arrive a few minutes earlier.
Dural St car park, between Dural Lane and Dural St, rear of corner of Dural St and Pacific Highway Hornsby
Assuming SNORC's twitter feed is accurate, the track is now open!
The reason for pickng this spot to park is to minimise noise impact on neighbours. Please do not park in Quarry Road until we get guidance on what's acceptable/expected from SNORC.
This trail is rated Blue (intermediate) with some Black (advanced) options. If you can handle all the descents at Manly Dam without walking you will be fine on the blue route, although the berms and bridges may mess with your head at first
.
GNR Training Ride
The meeting times are 'ready to ride'. If you need time to prepare equipment then please arrive a few minutes earlier.
Wisemans Ferry - by the East ferry crossing (turn right bottom of the hill). There is a good parking area by the kiosk here.
SATURDAY LOOKS LIKE A SCORCHER AT 33, WHICH MEANS EVEN HOTTER ON GNR. PM ME IF INTERESTED IN DOING SUNDAY MORNING INSTEAD.
I haven't done a NoBMoB ride for an age, due to a demanding first year of Electrical Engineering, reinforced with self confessed laziness (not in terms of cycling, but in terms of getting on the computer and posting a ride!)
My last exam is going to be the preceding week, so I am looking forward for an opportunity to hit some serious riding following that, and hoping that there will be some willing wheels to join me for it.
The proposed route:
Mt Annan Ride
The meeting times are 'ready to ride'. If you need time to prepare equipment then please arrive a few minutes earlier.
There's a small parking area on Caley Drive next to the trail head. This is approximately 2.1km South from the larger road junction (circle) at Mt Annan Drive and approximately 1.4km South of the main car park.
Their address is Mount Annan Drive, Mount Annan NSW 2567. See:
** The trail has already been closed per the gardens facebook page so ride cancelled**
Was hoping to get out on the bike this weekend and was going to head out to Mt Annan on Snday morning.
I have only ever ridden it once but from memory it was quite a well sign posted/easy to follow loop.
If its raining, or has rained prior, i wont be there as i dont enjoy playing in the mud.
8am Cherrybrook morning dash
The meeting times are 'ready to ride'. If you need time to prepare equipment then please arrive a few minutes earlier.
North end of Burke St, Appin. There's a small parking area here at the trail head.
Note that the map shows Market Street connecting Appin Rd to this location but that is actually a firetrail and will not work for drivers who should take King St (next block South) and enter from there.
17km local loop. If you're coming don't forget about daylight savings time. You need to put your clock forward 1 hour tonight. The ride starts at 8am but the start time function in teh ride entry database seems to be playing up. I put in 8am start numerous times and it has a mind of its own
Yellomundee Track Work
The meeting times are 'ready to ride'. If you need time to prepare equipment then please arrive a few minutes earlier.
There's a car park on Springwood Road - just down the way from Hawkesbury Heights if you're looking for a suburb name.
Adding this calander entry as per WSMTB.com and WSMTB Facebook Group
Please volunteer atleast one day per year, It makes all the difference!
