Mont 24 2011 team of 4 needs 1 more. Interested?
We need a fourth for Mont 24 this year. We plan to go fairly hard but not crazy hard. We're a mixed team who plan to have a pretty good time. Some of us have have done a 24hr before some have not.

Rides near Gerroa
I'm off on a holiday next week to Gerroa on the south coast and was wondering if anyone has any knowledge of any trails in the area. I don't want to drive to Kangaroo Valley or Nowra as we'll only have 1 car so am wondering if there is anywhere that wouldn't be too far for my wife to drop me off so I can go play?

Thinking of doing Appin soon and want some indication of how technical it is. Have read the garb here Rob has very kindly put up, but still unsure if my abilities can cope !
Have ridden Manly Dam numerous times, get off at a few places where my limits force me, so with an intermediate ability, how would I go ?

northern beaches-Sport friendly - Dr/ Xray place??
Hey guys,
....sorry if this has alreayd been covered.
Can anyone recommend a clinic or dr on the northern beaches?
Me = had yet another stack (3 big ones the past 2 months). Sprains etc not doing so well or healing...
I loathe going to drs that simply say "why do such silly sports...etc etc..." and I am really concerned about proper healing for some big events this year.
handy hints and thoughts are appreciated.

Ourimbah State Forest update for 25 Feb
Excellent. Rode Ourimbah for the first time yesterday and now know what all the fuss is about. We had a great time getting around the main loop a number of times and had an absolute ball. Great job and thanks to those that continue to create and maintain this area.

Awaba State Forest update for 25 Feb
Awesome, awesome, awesome. First time riding there yesterday, the tracks were excellent and we had a ball. Kudos to all those involved in creating and maintaining this great track!

Ryland update for 25 Feb
Rode on Wednesday. Nice and dry.... Linking Firetrail and single trail makes a nice 10k ride at lunch!

Winmalee update for 23 Feb
A few puddles in the usual places through Bluegum Swamp. A new tree down that provided a hairy moment at around 25km/hr - just missed my head on the first branch with my head on the bars then had to bunny hop the second sitting up at least a foot.
All good along Shaws Ridge and down the decent.
Springwood Ridge was fine on Sunday 20th Feb.
