New to Australia
Hi, I've just moved to Sydney three weeks ago and currently living in Manly. I'm keen to get involved in mountain biking over here but pretty un-fit at the moment so might need to ease into it. Can anyone recommend a group I could join for a first ride around manly Dam or any other good spot?

Hurting !!
Clear track this morning early, so thought I would give it a go.
Even though I feel much fitter than normal, this lap really hurt.
Maybe is was the slightly cooler morning, but I never felt comfortable on this lap. Maybe with more of a warmup the body will be a little more accomodating.

good first event and happy to finish with a half decent looking time, learnt a lot from this and will take that knowledge to the fling, time wise for the fling? i think the hills will decide!
Kinross sat and lidsdale sunday
good idea for a ride weekend, drive to Orange and ride Kinross on saturday camp over night then head back stopping at Lidsdale and joining Flynnys fairwell to lidsdale ride ,this would be october 16 and 17, any interest?
