Bikes Stolen From Garage
Having recently moved from an apartment to a house with a garage, I wanted to ask about bike theft from garages (I am having nightmares)!!
For those of you who have experienced it, I have a few questions:
1) Was it overnight, or while you are at work?
2) Were the bikes locked to an immovable object and if so were the locks cut, walls damaged etc?
3) What sort of garage doors did you have and how did they gain access?
4) Any brilliant, but not too expensive solutions?
Thanks
Ian

More information about cycling leads to more facilities. The guy who is doing the research is a road/touring cyclists and needs to know that fat tire is where it is at!

Where to ride in Menai
So the girly and I have this Friday off work and we'd like to go for a ride at Menai (weather permitting). We've never ridden here before and looking at Google Earth, there seems to be a lot of out-and-back trails and no obvious loop back to the car.
Are there any preferred routes that people regularly join up to make a decent ride? We're looking for more techincal riding, not fire trails if that makes a difference.
Any suggestions on where to go? Are we likely to get lost having never been there with no gps or maps?
Cheers,
Scott.
