Would/do you ride in the rain (track sustainability notwithstanding)?

I'm from Alaska. It would take a hungry 2 ton polar bear blocking my front door to stop me from having a ride.

I'm from England. If I didn't ride in the rain I wouldn't ride at all.

I'm from Tasmania. Depends on how cold it is but I will if I'm not gunna freeze my bottom bracket up.

I'm from Sydney's North Shore. There was 1mm of drizzle yesterday so let's have a 6 hr debate before making a hasty decision.

Specialized Brain Shock

G'Day Guys,

Does anyone have any experience with the specialized brain shock?

I know someone who is looking at the 2008 specialized stumpjumper FSR expert with the specialized AFR rear shock with the brain fade inertia valve. Any coments on the performance and durability would be great.

If anyone has any experience riding this bike and shock combo, what sort of trail riding is it suited for? In short, what are its climbing and descending abilities like?

Thanks for the help guys.

Scott Reflex 15 2007 (Medium) SORRY, ITS SOLD

Below is a preview, click to read the full post

I have recently upgraded to the new Genius and have my Scott Reflex 15 full suspension bike on the market. The bike is in good condition, just 1 year old (purchased in Jan 2008) and has a brand new complete rear end on it thanks to Scott. The rear shock has just been serviced by Scott. The whole bike has just had a service, it has new brake pads, new small and middle rings on the front, a new Maxxis 2.35 Larson on the rear and a not too old Maxxis 2.35 Ignitor on the front, a great combo for sure grip and peddling/rolling.
