Red Hill update for 09 May
some big puddles on the firetrail but able to ride around most of them.Rim ride has the odd puddle not to bad although the rain and no doubt the fresh deep tracks of the motos are making parts of it pretty much unridable

Terrey Hills update for 08 May
I rode it tonight starting from the Japanese School and it's wet, particularly along perimeter trail, there are lots of small shrubs down over the track too.
Long trail has lots of large muddy puddles that you have to ride through and it's pretty boggy most of the trail....it was much wetter than I expected it to be and my bike's drive train was screaming out for me to stop!
It's a fire trail so it's open but your bike and it's drive train will thank you if you dont ride it!

The weekly recurring question
I'll post the weekly recurring question this week.
Anywhere dry enough in the Sydney vicinity to get some dirt on my rubber this weekend?
Any up to date local track status report will be most welcomed.
Cheers,

Some really good stuff to practice here. I do some of it, but here's some more fun stuff to try
Old Man's Valley update for 07 May
Rode it today. Little bit muddy in low bits of lava flow. Otherwise all good. Plus some new work on hill climb which is awesome.

Be sure to add freeride or slopestyle in the 'other' box if thats your thing.
Pike customised to shorter travel
Has anyone tried this or have thoughts on whether it's worthwhile? I'm not talking volume reducer tokens that just change the spring curve, but an actual change in travel length.
I'm riding a 120 revelation RL at the mo and it doesn't have enough chutzpah for my kind of Sydney riding. Opinions welcome
