My new Cannondale Prophet is about 5 weeks old now and I am loving it after 4 years with a Jekyl which I sold!

37:07 is my fastest recorded time; singlespeed cyclo-cross bike on a drizzly afternoon. Had to walk the steps and the next little climb, but descent speed was assisted by canti-brakes.
Not sure about the date, so left as today.
Bloody Hot!
Manly Dam today in 34mins give or take a few seconds, dabs again in the techy golf course bits. Started at a relatively sedate pace and that worked well. Cleaned the big hill in middle ring front, fourth on the rear, for all you granny fans out there ;@)

Cascades - Davison to Substation
Start at the Davidson Exit, down Cascades, Bear Creek Track (turn right here), up Heath Track and stop at the 'T' junction top of the hill (close by the substation). That's just to the right here.
Nice combo of downhill, flat, then that slog up the hill.
