The GP series is entering it's 7th year! We decided to revisit how we run the categories and came up with a new way of looking at them:
There will be a General Classification in addition to Age Group Categories.
You will also get the prizes at the BEGINNING of the race - sounds like a crazy idea but we have a good reason behind it.

Serrata and Gahnia Mountain Bike Tracks closed due to weather conditions
Serrata and Gahnia Mountain Bike Tracks are closed due to wet weather for the remainder of the week, this will be reviewed prior to the weekend. This closure may be extended and any extension will be posted as soon as possible. Penalties apply for non-compliance.
And also no surprise that people are riding both these tracks and also Manly Dam!

Kosi to Can'bra ride?
looking for interested riders to join for a four day supported ride from Mt Kosiuszko to Canberra around late Feb/Mar?
dates are flexible and you would need to be able to cover around 65km/day with just basic gear. Camps will be setup by a support team cost would be in the range of $600-$700/pax depending on the final number.
also keen to hear from any one who may have info on routes, conditions, etc
Wanted: 18/19" soft tail wanted
Hi, I know someone who is wanting a bike for a 16th birthday present after discovering MTB at a school camp. We are looking around the $1000 mark or a bit more for a bike that is second hand but in reasonable condition. He definitely won't be racing (though we all say that and things change! 
) with it, so it doesn't need it to be super light, though I suspect he'll enjoy a soft tail a lot more that has 5" of travel - something like a Giant Trance or Trek Fuel 26er would probably be fine.
