Nukproof 15mm to QR converter
Hi Guys,
Just looking for a new wheelset for my older Trance with a Reba QR fork, and prefer the 15mm hub.
Anyone have experience with the 15mm adaptor ?
Cheers

Saturday social - Manly Dam - Possums - Pipeline
The meeting times are 'ready to ride'. If you need time to prepare equipment then please arrive a few minutes earlier.
King Street (near corner with Arana Street), Manly Vale. You know - outside Manly Hydraulics Lab.
Depending on how hot it gets as to how far we go, not planning to be out later than 10
I will be riding the Mondraker Dune - red and white with yellow pedals
SO looking at doing the Dam, into possums and then along the pipeline and back before it gets hot.
Proof that the Bible authors did MTB
First post for 2015, and expect to hear a lot from me about the "serious" side of riding, but thought I'd kick off with some humour!
You may have been led to believe that mountain biking is only a recent pasttime, and the most recent books in the Bible were written almost 2000 years ago. So obviously the people in Biblical times could not experience the joy and excitement of cruising around the many, many dirt roads they had.
Watch out on duck and chiltern trails
Just a heads up that Chiltern and all of Duck are now legal horse trails again ( horses were locked out in the 80s).
The horsey community seem pretty excited for obvious reasons so expect more of them out on these trails and please slow down/stop for them...as in be aware!
Cheers

Fox CTD issues
Had a recurring issue with my Fox CTD forks on my 2014 Trance 2 and was interested to know if anyone has experienced the same problems.
From what I gather and I'm pretty sure this was the case when the bike was new but the CTD position should sit at about 5, 3 and 1 o'clock respectively for the climb trail and descend position (as you look down on the fork from the seating position).
Stolen - Specialized Stumpjumper.....Manly Vale NSW
Hi there
Unfortunately my Specialized Stumpjumper 2006 was stolen from my garage in Manly Vale recently so hoping someone might happen to see it around and contact Manly Police.
It's brown in colour and has some distinctive features such as:
Gold coloured handgrips
Contoured cowhorn bar ends
Computer on bars
small black mudguard on frame
small bag under seat
It's pretty sad that lowlifes can just pinch something that gives such joy to others.
Anyway, I'd appreciate any news if someone happens to see it around.
Cheers, Mark

Flying to NZ with bikes
Ladies and gentlemen
I am going to NZ in April for 2 weeks with my girl and would like to take our 29er bikes with us, (mine is an XL of course!!!)
I know a few of you have flown to NZ with your bikes, so who is the best to fly with?
Air NZ has total 158cm linear limit before excess charges apply, which seems rather small, qantas bike box seems huge but the airfares are plenty more, Virgin don't have dimensions on their website that I can find, and are pretty cheap.
Any thoughts and comments would be great
