Oxford Falls has teeth

Why "old farts" shouldn't jump rocks when the landing zone is Morgan Rd gravel. Damn, should have bought the pressure suit

Sunday 23? Royal National Park?

I won't be riding this Saturday, but anyone else up for something Sunday? I mean, aside from Stuart's usual crazy too early thing? Erm... sorry Stuart Eye-wink

I have to drop down to Alexandria early so figure, why not keep on going and do a trip round the Royal NP?

Any takers?

Kanangra Walls

Ah... there's an alright view at the end of this ride (well, depending on how you do it).

Earlier in the day the ranger said he'd rather you didn't ride to this lookout, but getting late as it was only passed a couple of walkers on it. Be sure not to cycle off the cliff!

It was down to 8 degrees celcius at this time (just gone 5pm, mid April) so probably not a good thing to finish up much later!

Morong Creek Fire Trail

Lots of nice fire trail like this. Gently undulating, no big hills.

Hanrahans Creek Crossing

Hanrahans isn't much of a creek, eh?

Loads of fantastic fire trail in the wilderness. Nothing too technical and no particularly steep hills from what I know.

First Time NobMober ride - Sat 29th April

Below is a preview, click to read the full post

Saturday 29th April.

Update: Terrey Hills it is!

Terrey Hills:
---------------
Meet at the Terrey Hills shops, we usually park on Dandenong Rd which is just off Booralie Rd (check whereis.com).
You can find more information on the Terrey Hills ride at http://nobmob.com/node/7
I am planning to do the perimeter trail, out and back on the long trail then back to the shops via the perimeter trail (you can go back on the road, but this is mountain biking, people!)
There are some hills, but this is a generally 'undulating' ride and follows the ridge-top mainly so there are no massive ups and downs except for a couple of hills at the start.
