Robin,

Greg is completly correct i have already spoken to Justin to make changes.

The majority of the key riders feel exactly the same.

will speak to you during the week/

there will be changes..

Answer:

...VARIETY IS THE SPICE OF LIFE...!!!

Good on you Robin for encouraging a bit of variety to the 'single pack mentality'.

Alternative groups wanting to improve on their much needed technical skills etc etc rather than slogging it out on the same old hills should be commended not discouraged.

Smaller groups tend not to 'tailgate' and wait herded up when a less skillful rider flounders on an 'obstacle' en route!!.

Weekend 18/19 March

For this weekend, all I know is:

- It's Paddy's day Friday so Saturday morning I'll probably be riding the hangover trail Eye-wink
- I think Stuart is planning something around Terry Hills very early on Sunday which I might join.

2006 Polaris Challenge

We're back and pleased to say Team NoBMoB placed second in mixed vets and 48/211 overall - there was 130km of riding over two days and a lot of up and downs, the weather was dusty and dry and temperatures hit 35 degrees on the second day, but it was a remarkable event - thanks to Wild Horizons, the town of Delegate and last but not least to Liz for her rapid revolutions...

Read more in our Polaris Challenge 2006 report.

Official Results will be posted at Wild Horizons Challenge Results over the next couple of days.

Update - our ride report has been posted on the Wild Horizons website - listed on their '06 Results and Reports page!

Wallaroo End

I said the Wallaroo track is a bit overgrown. This was the end of the line for us today. The trail we came in on is right there in the middle of this shot. You see it? Eye-wink

View from the end of the Wallaroo Track. It's a bit overgrown here so don't come this way just for what you see here.
