St Ives Intersection
Turn off the road (or onto if you're going clockwise). There is a 20Kmh sign here. Nice run down to the back of the houses.
Water Course
If you just came up the Quarry Track, bear left here (this shot is taken looking back, so it's to the right) and you'll pass by the Ku-ring-gai recycling centre.
Quarry Intersection
The main track is the the wide one. Don't go down the other way - just a dead end.
Exit - St Ives
Bit of rest here, because its long and fast on the way down. Water bars and pensioners/walkers for hazards. Get some air off the waterbars.
