Le Tour de Northern Beaches

King Street (near corner with Arana Street), Manly Vale. You know - outside Manly Hydraulics Lab.
I'm looking to do 50km or so on Sunday morning around the Northern Beaches. I'm thinking a loop starting at Manly Dam -> Bantry Bay -> Belrose (Cascades) -> St Ives singletrack -> Terrey Hills and maybe back the same way depending on people's legs and the time.
Best suited to a small group with good fitness. I'm not fast but like to keep things moving. I'm looking to build my fitness base back again after a busy and sleep-deprived EOFY.
If anyones riding .......
Red Hill tomorrow daytime, can you let me know its condition, I'm thinking of doing a night ride tomorrow.

I am heading to Blackheath to demo a Mondraker Foxy on Saturday and have space in my Ute if anyone wants to jump in with me, I plan to leave Manly area at around 8am to be there for 10am
If you are in Blackheath area feel free to join us for a ride, will probably be doing 6ft or hanging rock depending on conditions.

Are any of you in the market for a boys bike with 3 gears (gripshift) and internal gearing.
Let me know if you would like better quality photo's as this one is just off the web.
It has 20 inch wheels and will fit a tall 5yr old to a short 8 or 9 year old I would guess.
They were about $320 new and I am looking for $120.
Bike is in good condition with everything working well.
Gearing means my son can ride almost all the hills around us.

Highland Fling / Wingello Prep Camp / Ride
Hey all.
Hopefully this is deemed as 'non-commercial' - as its completely free!
If you werent on Facebook, or Twitter you wouldnt have seen that there is a free one day 'Highland Fling' training day being run at Wingello this weekend on Sunday - its all being arranged and coordinated by the good folk at Cyclery Northside.
I am running the day and am being ably assisted by Australian Junior XC rider Jayden Ward - who is fresh back from racing Junior World Cup, and the Bundesliga - he has skills to burn.
