Early morning hotlap
Took up the challenge with 2 other riders with serious pedigree. 6:30am. The conidions were perfect. A little chilly (as compared to the heat wave we've been having) about 18deg. It had rained 2 days befoere. The ground was compacked just a few little avoidable puddles.
Took off from Bangeroo Kalaui st. I kept up until Laterne rouge segment up to the golf Club car park where the other 2 riders just lost me. LOL. I was dealing with serious class.

Manly Dam condition
Anyone done a lap of the dam today? I was thinking of heading that way tomorrow morning.
Yellomundee Regional Park update for 21 Feb
Yellomundee is looking great for racing this Saturday evening. The track has been cleared this morning by WSMTB, and the rain during the week has left the bed firm. Perfect!

Ourimbah (CCOMTB) Club XCO
The meeting times are 'ready to ride'. If you need time to prepare equipment then please arrive a few minutes earlier.
Enter via Red Hill Rd, Ourimbah State Forest. On your right will be 'TreeTops' for the kids and it's large-ish carpark. Carry on past there and the first small clearing which is were parking used to be, and is where the 'Browns' single track turns (you might see riders on your left here). Please do not park in this car park.
Parking and official trail head is now designated a further 350m or so up the road where there is a larger area. There's a CCOMTB notice board here by the trail entrance (on the left as you drive up the hill). Park up nose to curb or as directed.
First club XC race of 2014.
Rego from 8am, racing from 9am.
Always a laid back atmosphere, loadsa grades with all sorts of abilities.
Come and give it a crack if you're new to racing.
