Manly Dam update for 25 Jan
Rode it last night before the light rain we had. In great condition. The 1 or 2 mm we had on Thursday settled the dust and it's quite fast.

Wanted: Pair shimano stm510
Had to pull this apart last night as the nipple had come off the cable and was wedged solid inside.
Now of course I can't get it back together as the assembly of the spring is beyond the whit of man.
Anyone got one gathering dust they want rid of.
Would be greatly appreciated.

There is logging on both sides of the road and the single track is all gone or at least I couldn't find it

A bit of water in a few spots near the power lines just before Ryland, but otherwise all good. Nice and grippy (although not in the sense that Phil Liggett uses that word.....)

First off sorry rob i wasn't sure where to post this.. And im sorry because i no this subject is taboo on the forum, but it is relevant.
Now. a few months ago i went n + 1 
I bought a road motorbike as a weekend toy.
Now my question is my dad is a very keen motorcyclist so i've been learning from him, reading books and doing research of my own. Now what amazes me is just how much quicker and comfortable i am now opposed to when i started and how i hold my average speed so much higher and am using the tyre much more/leaning over etc etc..

Hope jockey wheels on X0 type 2
hi,
looking for new jockey wheels for my X0 type 2 (2013) and thought these here looked good:

does anyone know if they will fit? it says they won't fit SRAM with 'two pin wheel location', but I think that's a different model to mine?..
