Very tough but I will do it again
I did this one within the Four Gates Challenge tough and very tiring
I got to Gate 1 in 20 mins flat
Another quality ride - tough given I rode "The Four Gates Challenge" yesterday and therefore I felt pretty tired from early on

Dry and very fast - foot cramping was a bit of a problem - plenty of other folks out and about on their bikes
Great Northern Road update for 16 Sep
Awesome riding on the Old Great North Road and Western Commission Track today. The track was in good condition. Dry, but not too dusty, either.

Centre Track update for 09 Sep
Good condition. A couple of small puddles. Sand traps a bit firmer from the rain. A little grown over in parts.

Terrey Hills / Duffys Forest update for 10 Aug
Rode Perimeter Track out to the end of the horsey sniggle and then back via as much sniggle as available. All good. One water crossing on Perimeter near the start looks and smells like septic overflow. Most of the recent track work is holding up OK.

A few bits of dead banksia have come down in the wind over the last few days. Cleared a few that were blocking the trail or the traffic line but there are a few still there.
