Old Man's Valley update for 10 Jun
Was riding with Mrs Fatboy when the rain came around 2pm but it didn't last too long and the track held up. It was damp to start with but a credit to it's design, didn't see one bit of standing water anywhere. Corners looked slippery but were tacky so no slip problems.

Terrey Hills update for 09 Jun
This update is for the general Terrey Hills area. Details as follows.
Never thought I'd say it, but Duck Holes was surprisingly wet today, to the point of being "amber". The entrance off the RFS at 300/301 McCarrs Ck Rd is heavily eroded for the first 50m and full of loose rocks, lots of puddles and standing water elsewhere. Some muddy patches as well on the uphill side of waterbars. Make sure you hit 'em straight so you don't wash out. Heavily eroded with lots of loose rocks scattered on all the usual lines.
The entrance uphill into Cetre Track is now pretty much unrideable and at present is full of soft clay. Other than that, is rideable with some puddles and muddy patches.
Perimeter and Long were in a much better state, but still some large puddles. I'd start from the Japanese School if you value your drive train and brakes. Mine sounded awful by the time I got back to the RFS carpark, and that was with me manualling over most of the puddles where possible.

Berowra Valley update for 09 Jun
Track has re-opened with some new section of concrete. There's a small boggy section near the Hornsby entrance, then a few damp sections here and there, but mostly dry this morning.

Standard training loop with a bit extra. A couple of sold climbs and some single fun that can be done a few times. Probably about 20-25kms all up in about 1.5hrs

Actually not too bad... Thought it would be a lot wetter. Will improve significantly in the next 24-48 hours if there is no more rain.

Mount Annan Botanic Garden update for 08 Jun
First time out there today and what a cool little track, elements of both ourimbah and awaba in there with plenty of rocky and rooty pinch climbs along with flowy bermy sections. It gets mixed reviews but @oatleylad and I enjoyed our 2 laps - a good workout. Pity it's a fair way away from the Northern beaches.
The track itself opened for the first time since last weekend this morning and was fine, quite dry mostly with a just a few small muddy spots.

Lane Cove National Park update for 08 Jun
Rode through from De Burgh's Bridge via Yanco Rd fire trail and Gloucester Ave entrance through to the top of Devlins Ck Track this afternoon. Patchy at best. There are still quite a few areas where there is standing / seeping water, although the surface elsewhere is not bad. Hard to tell whether the wet bits are all soil seepage or whether there are some pipes leaking. Smelled a bit like the latter in a couple of spots. Keep your mouth closed when the front wheel is flicking up water!
