Awaba track Condition ?
Hi all,
just wondering if anyone knows what the awaba track condition might be. not sure how much rain they got up there. Based on the amount we got on the Central Coast you would have to imagine Ourimbah would be a quagmire !

Yes. That's right. There is no OMV trail fairy. So we need a couple of hours of your time if you are keen to help us maintain this great trail. If you have done this before, you'd know it is a great feeling to ride a trail you personally have had a hand in carving a berm or laying down rock armouring or trimming back plant growth.
Wingello... worth the drive ?
Hi All,
Seeing how the trails around Sydney will be in un-rideable conditions this weekend I'm thinking of driving down to Wingello tomorrow and try out some new trails there. Tried Awaba last weekend, good track but being only 11km, it's kinda not worth the drive there.
Are the trails down there easy to navigate and are there signs posted ? I will be riding solo.
or should I continue driving down the highway to Kowen or Stromlo 
?

safety glasses for night riding
has anyone got advice on good night riding glasses and where to get them from?
I have heard that safety glasses are the go - are there better brands than others?

Going to make a call on this one and say it's unrideable. I haven't received the usual official closure email from the rangers and the council Facebook page is also silent, so only an amber light. But seriously, let's use our noggins and stay away.

Sooooo, late last year I got a little too excited and thought I might become a downhiller of sorts, and I purchased this beautiful Mini DH bike direct from Commencal in Andorra. Well life has proved to be a worthy adversary and I have failed to take this bad boy to the trails. It has been assembled and ridden around my cul-de-sac once and that's it: basically fresh-out-da-box! It is too good a bike to be simply minding a spot in my shed.
