Cascades update for 23 Dec
Good condition, only wet bits are the normal creek crossings.
Rather hot around 11 when I went through!
Wasn't impressed by the three moto riders coming in off the Stone Parade entrance.

For Sale: Magura MTS brakes, SLX shifters & Hamax child seat
Magura MTS brakes front and rear (no rotors) - $140
These have come off a Specialized Epic and are as good as new. I've ridden them a few times but these have seen no real abuse and have no scratches or markings. These come with the original brake pads with nearly a full life in them.

Shimano M670 SLX 10 speed shifter set - $40
Also from the Epic and again as good as new. These don't have the indicators nor do they come with cables. The front shifter can be set for either 2 or 3 rings.

Clean, Dry and fast all the way.
One set of small puddles where the new back lawn just before the Monserra Causeway (previously known as the Monserra Quagmire) has been overwatered.
Lots of rabbits about early, a few birds, but no spider webs (thanks to whomever went ahead of me before 6am this morning).

Shimano cranksets - which one? M770 or M771
Is there a difference between the two?
M771's are on special at the mo so more inclined to get those.
Compatibility wise, currently running the following so just curious as to whether it will run on it.

Here for sale are a set of Mavic Crosstrail UST wheels that are in very good condition. They have been used but not heavily as I have preferred riding my 29er or the road bike. I've managed to get a great deal on a set of xtr/crest wheels so these are now surplus to my needs.
They have a few scratches from use but are straight and true and spin well, they are 6 bolt hubs and 9mm QR.
They will be sold with mavic skewers and tyres, Nobby Nic and Crossmark, both UST which have lot of tread left on them. They are pictured with discs but they won't be included in the sale.
Terrey Hills update for 21 Dec
Rode the Perimeter and Long Track yesterday, only a lady riding a horse and two walkers spotted. Track was in great condition. What a great view at the end looking over Cowan.

Ryland update for 21 Dec
Getting very sandy in places. Was trialling some narrow bars and they don't seem to give as much control in deep sand as wider ones! Otherwise all good.
