Large 2011 Cannondale Flash 29er (alloy) for sale. Less than a year old (black red and white in colour)
Everything is stock except the rear tyre. Replaced with a Maxxis Crossmark for Convict 100. Rear tyre had some life left but wanted more grip for the first hill.
X9 front and rear derailleur (2X10 setup)
X7 Shifters
lefty 90mm fork

An FYI that Warringah council has released a Draft Plan of Management for Forestville Park. This is an area of bushland and playing fields at the end of Currie Road, Forestville. It's a critical link for the Bantry Bay trails if they go ahead.

Adaptrac - adjust tyre pressure on the fly
Just spotted this on Gizmodo. Interesting way of adjusting tyre pressures while riding, could probably be simplified to adjust shock pressures on-the-fly too.
