Haven't ridden much in Glenrock over the last month or so and today (after seeing the photos that have been posted up) snuck off for a quick lap to see some of the new bits people have been raving about. Unbelievable the amount of work that's gone into some of the bits I haven't ridden that long ago and I'd like to add my thanks to all those that have worked so hard to get the access and then build these amazing trails.

Ok, so with the plan of management in action, a good part of my current loop has officially become unavailable and I need to branch out.

My old loop was normally
- Jumping the gun through twistys, then back up lower JTG
- Baileys across to BJ's
- Back up shit happens then down BJ's again.
- Down the easement then the firetrail to snakes and ladders.
- Up snakes and ladders then down the rutted ugly trail to the picnic table
- Fire road again, going up upper world cup if it was a short ride, continuing down across the creek otherwise

nice 'n' dry out there today, but as previous report said many corners have multiple braking ruts which can sometimes slow your flow on the track.

Hi All,

Gear lever sticking??

NB: Originally posted elsewhere on the Global Riders Network and appears via syndication.

I have a Sram X7 lever. It has started to stick when changing down gears. It only happens when you try to down shift a couple of gears quickly. The lever stays in the forward position and must be pulled back with my thumb before I can change another gear. I have lubed the cable and inside the lever body through the rubber flap. Still is causing a problem. Any advice on how to remedy would be apprieciated.

Definitely too wet to ride now. Notice I didn't post status until after it rained for 3 hours, not my fault this time.
