Terrey Hills update for 06 Apr

NB: Originally posted elsewhere on the Global Riders Network and appears via syndication.
Status:
Green/Open

Have never ridein here but maybe one day. I read from a reliable source that it has a few pools of water one needs to ride through or over depending on your skills. Lots of horse pooh though! best to avoid that unless you have some more growing to do.
Long trail was also good with same type of pools of water.

Glenrock will not be good with this much rain happening, in fact I'd say it should be red status but I haven't had a good look around.

Full Suspension 29er

NB: Originally posted elsewhere on the Global Riders Network and appears via syndication.

Hey

I'm looking to buy a Full Suspension 29er. I've ridden the GT Sensor and Giant Anthem.
They are both great bikes and are both around $3000.

Are there any other bikes I should be looking at?
Does anyone have one of these? What do you think?

Thanks

Tony

Mostly dry and ride-able however still a fair bit of slush and trail damage from the recent weather along with puddles in the usual spots - i would avoid today if possible, if it stays sunny tomorrow should be good...

Lost!!! my trusty bike light

NB: Originally posted elsewhere on the Global Riders Network and appears via syndication.

Just preparing my kit for a ride after work tomorrow and noticed my light has vanished, after tearing the house and garage apart i can only assume it has fallen out of my camelback on my last ride Sad

It is a pretty standard looking black cylindrical front bar mount rechargeable led light (cant remember the brand for the life of me) would of been lost Monday of last week somewhere in g'rock... i know its a long shot but if some one has happened to stumble upon it, or does in the future, there is a 6 pack waiting for you Smiling
