This extension leads off the Great North Walk. It is partly single track, partly fire trail and the fire trail is in disrepair with big ruts etc in it. Also several boggy water crossings.

Warners Bay update for 06 Feb

NB: Originally posted elsewhere on the Global Riders Network and appears via syndication.
Area:
Warners Bay
Status:
Green/Open

Drying out fairly well, some areas on the fire trails where the deep ruts are still holding water but all up tracks are in great condition. Someone has recently worked on a sweet single track and it is well marked with paint etc the whole way. It is accessed from near the bottom of the fire trail at the Hillsborough Rd end. Will include in the maps later today, will also push up some photos.
