Medowie
Hi people, I have read on this site a few times regarding trails at medowie, if anyone has any info on the trails or even a GPX file it would be much appreciated, or if some one is willing to show a 40+ fat slow bloke around that would also be appreciated, I am looking at medowie state forest area off medowie road, thanks in advance

One of the descents on the single track near the end with the Hunting track.
Hunting Downhill Single Track
Mid way along the Hunting downhill single track. Much of it is fairly easy like this but there are a few step ups and tight turns in places
Cambridge Drive Loop
John Hunter Access trail
Access to from the main trail network from the car parks at the John Hunter hospital.
Western ridge single track 1
Short easy single track that links the lower section of the fire trail climb with the main cross slope single track.
Western ridge single track 2
Shortish decent from the fire trail climb to the main ring single track
Western ridge single track 3
Reasonably easy descent onto the main ring single track from the top ridge. Decent at the beginning is the hardest
Jesmond Park/John Hunter Hospital Hill update for 04 Feb
A little soft in some places and some of the dips are still a bit boggy in small sections but mostly it has coped with the rain well and offers good riding.
Do you have more information?
