The Oaks
Blue Mountains Early Sunday morning
Glenbrook station carpark.
Idea is to catch the 6.53am train out of Glenbrook up to Woodford and return via The Oaks firetrail. Thinking about adding the climb up to Mt Portal for exercise. I am keen to do some more exploring in the area but this Sunday I am a bit time constraint.

Top day with great people
Must say I was happy to go under the 60 minute mark considering I rode the same way I like to ride every other ride. Cruising!!!!! With weather like we had today it would have ruined the day if I rode any other way.
Well done to the guys that went out fast, hope you got the times you wanted.
The Oaks Single Track Maintenance
BMORC members keen and ready to begin vegetation trimming on the Oaks Single Track.
AndOaks over New Years?
I'm home between Dec 31st and Jan 3rd inclusive and am hoping to ride Anderson's and Oaks during that time period. I've considered hitting St Helena as well as I haven't done that one before.
Since Knapsack Reserve is open now, the idea of riding around there is a possibility after spending a fortune at Glenbrook Cake store at the end of the huge climb at the end of the Oaks.
Any takers at the moment?

Never done this track before so just seeing how it goes. Just riding with another mate, so more the merrier
Old Tom
Old Tom is a one-eyed, flea-ridden, orange tomcat, who’s good-natured but slothful behaviour is in contrast to the respectable, suburban patron, Arthur Drent, who treats Old Tom as if he were his son. They are, in reality, every bit as oddball and eccentric as each other.
