When I was young, our parents let us make our own BMX jumps in the backyard (not as big as this).
Having the handle bar snap off in flight is a bad feeling, the landing is worse. My sternum whiplashed down and connected to where the goose neck once was. Luckly no damage was done, just alot of pain and a good shiner not long after.
