This series of photographs were taken by a professional; unfortunatley not photographer. And, Als bike did look like this halfway down - big ouch and trip home in a meat wagon......"your going home in a ***ing ambulance" as they say at the best soccer grounds in pommieland.

Thanks to the SES, medics and RFS who scraped up the mess; Al says sorry to the poor chap who he ran over at 35kph. Mind you it was his fault he did have a puncture and stacked in front of him.
