Port Macquarie Koala 3

Sitting in the tree behind my tent in the Port Mac camping ground!
Rare to see one in the wild (if you class the middle of town the 'wild'), and especially rare seeing one awake.

This one was sitting on the lowest branch just looking around for about 20 minutes, then climbed down and walked over to the next tree and tried to climb up. Unfortunately he/she encountered some loose bark about 2m up and fell from the tree and flat on its back
He sat there dazed for a few minutes - looking at the tree then the ground. You could imagine it thinking "what happened then?!?" It then climbed up again, successful this time.
