Splinter Extraction MkII
Remember this? Almost three months ago I had to extract a huge splinter from the shin after being impaled at Kincumber (see thumbnail below). Well, since then I've been increasingly convinced there was more in there. Had a poke around in the flesh on my leg this evening and pulled out a smaller, but still not insignificant splinter seen here. Cool!

If it was still looking infected three months later I would have thought "there was more in there" would have been obvious.
Mind you, probably would have "oozed" out with the puss if you had applied the right pressure. Anyone still eating dinner?
Nah... there was no infection, that was the funny thing. The scar from the first time looked a bit dark though and didn't seem to be fading away like they usually do - think that gave the game away!

That's gotta be a professional nail job, no bloke would put that much effort into a manicure.
