There is more metal than i was expecting too, in a removable cast which is lucky but my friend Mr PAIN has reared his ugly head again....have to be a little more careful now. Drinking...? Not sure we'll see how it all goes for the moment, if i improve i may be coming...if someone is willing to have an invalid as a passanger. And for the record my scar is not the zipper i was expecting.
