Bicycle/Motorbike?

Look what I came across on the way to work this morning. I stopped to help the guy on the red bike. He wanted a screw driver to get his chain for the motor back on the sprocket. I thought this contraption was quite amusing. Then to my amazement another bicycle/motorbike rocked up and helped him. So I thought I'd take a photo and head on my merry way to work
