Housing to holes

Following marking the area that the emitter holder will fit inside the housing here the position of holes to drill are marked.

There will be up to 9 of these Jarcar sinks top and bottom depending on how hot this gets inside. Hopefully that many will not be required but holes to fix the emitter holder to the outer case with screws (no, something smaller than in the pic - this is just my fancy centre punch ) or rivets (TBD) will be made between where sinks would have to fit, just in case.

Ideally there won't be any sinks on the bottom, 6 on the top and 2 on each side for a total of 10. There are 4 sinks on my 2 x XRE@1000mA so 2.5 times more should be good when 3 times the LEDs in this design are be driven with 40% less power.
