Permission denied?

Hi there. Just wondering if someone might be able to explain why I'm getting "Access denied... Sorry, but the page you are trying to view is not publicly available." messages when going to certain threads, most notably from the "Latest comments" section on the main page. An example is this link here... I can't get to it : http://nobmob.com/node/10612#comment-37160 This is not the first time this has happened and yes, i am making sure I'm logged in first.... so I don't know what's happening.

Now maybe there are sections of the site that not everyone can get to or something similar? But if so i never noticed, so I'm wondering if this is due to some issue that is occurring?

Ah... that's because that particular topic is in the road section and you aren't in that group.

Yes, I know this is an issue, sorry. Currently the 'recent comments' can't figure out if you have permission to view it or not. Doh!

I was thinking of removing that section for that very reason and replacing it with something more useful. A 'featured ride' or something might be better.

Ahh thank you. At least I understand what is going on now. And no, I won't be joining the road group.... unless riding a MTB on the road qualifies one for inclusion.

You may find it a little more 'challenging' if you sign up for a road ride and use a MTB though...
