Hope Rotors with Avid Juicy 7's
Has anyone experienced using Hope rotors with Avid Juicy's.

Think the same comments as were said about XTR a while back probably apply: if you go a two piece rotor the tiny tabs on the juicy pads might foul the central part. You can grind/chop those tabs off and fit the pads with long nose pliers though.
That issue aside, I think most people fit any old disc they might have lying around. I have a Hayes rotor in use with one set of J7s and it works just fine. You see all sorts of combos at big events too.
I run XT calipers with an Hope M6 floating 8" rotor on the front. I had to file back the caliper slightly, both inside the bolt down hole and the inner face. I also had to true up the outer edge of the rotor as it was hitting inside the caliper as the rotor was out of round maybe 1.5mm.
But it works heaps better than the Polygon Avid 8" rotor I had on there.
