im wondering if i can add new hotlap times on tracks that are not in the hotlap list.
also can people add/update tracks on google maps

Content authors (just select this in your profile - it hides a few things for those that don't care) can add tracks to any of the area maps, see here:

Also, you can add a challenge to the hot lap list if you like. Pretty self explanatory, add link is here:
