How long does it take, etc. I haven't been there before.

which is Perimeter trail, out to the end of Long trail and then back home via Perimeter trail. Its not a technical ride although the sand can catch you out if your not careful, only a couple of hills but I think its a great workout as you seem to be pedalling alot more than on most other trails.
Hmmm, might be up for this one.

Terry Hills is good for a social night ride. Usually the pace is cruisey.
For those, (who were completely out of their minds) that did the Oaks on Sunday, a good way to get the blood flowing.

I have Stuart's mobile and he has mine in case anything changes. I'm commuting to Campbelltown for work at the moment (it's mad, completely mad, will explain when I meet) so I just have to get myself organised tonight and include my car in the equation somehow which I don't normally do.
I may just be very sleepy by halfway through the ride....that's all. Looking forward to it.

I'm planning to be there, though I start jury duty (urgh) on Wednesday so might have to do a late night at work to get everything up to date.
If transport's a problem for anyone, I'll be leaving from Lane Cove West at about 6:15pm. A second bike should fit in the car.
The work calendar looks open...so far....so should be there.
Craig...will bring beer if I remember.

I had fun, was really appreciative of all the patience and encouragement. And you were all correct, I didn't sleep for HOURS which made it difficult getting up this morning at 6am....to get my sorry self to Campbelltown....for court!
Anyway, I will come out again...will get some better lights....and will practice hills and sprints in private in order to try to keep up more next time!
