Shipping time for CRC
How long have you waited for a delivery? Parts ordered 23rd March, dispatched 26th and not here yet

Usually only a week or two.
CRC are really random. 4 days to 4 weeks
CRC usually take a couple of weeks but if customs decide to check it out or the post is being rubbish it can be a bit longer.
My local driver seems to only work my street three days per week.
Btw, Cycle discount DE definitely are the slowest in my & some mates experience. 3 or 4 weeks seems the norm!

My latest order arrived today... Ordered 5 days ago.
Ordered 26th, dispatched 26th, arrived today...
Maybe they need to wait before filling the next air freight crate to Aus?
Put orders into CRC and Wiggle on a Sunday night at midnight local time, about a 3 weeks ago. Both shipped a few hours later. Both orders arrived Thursday morning - might have even been the same courier.
Shortest wait was 4 days and longest was 4 weeks. Most times 5 or 6 days.
If you order things that have to go in a large box like non folding tyres they send it DHL regardless of what shipping method you choose and the best I have had is order Saturday receive Monday. So if you want something fast just buy the cheapest non folding tyre you can find to go with your order.

Still not here, that is lost, it does not take 2 months for a package to get here, check the ph number you left, because its conceivable its been seized by customs. More likely, it's gone missing entirely.
I've used some really slow ones that had to order something in etc, but the key is when it was shipped by crc, it should never take more than a fortnight from actual shipping date
Yeah, sounds like something has gone wrong. Can you track the package?
Small items seem to take forever from CRC these days. Ie. Anything that gets sent via Royal mail will take weeks.
Large items, wheels, non folding tires etc get sent via DHL, and are much faster.
I would have sent a email at least 2 weeks after dispatch date as I had a set of tyres go missing & they sent them out straight away after they didn't arrive in the third week ....
... but have you checked with the local post office? I have on at least two occasions received "Final Notices" for packages when I didn't get the "first" notice. just a suggestion...

Just had a delivery in 60 hours from order to door from Jensons. Europe is just too far away for really good delivey service
I placed my first order with CRC, the first half of the order was on the doorstep in 3 days! The remainder of the order came via post and took two weeks.
Very happy riding in the new gear!!!
