I regularily do a ride from Cheltenham up to Thornleigh on back streets, down the Comenarra parkway then right onto browns road. About 50 metres down browns road is a sign on the left saying kuringai national park. Follow the single trail for a few hundred metres and down some stairs and your on the firetrail. Turn left and after a sweet downhill run you come out onto the end of beltana place. Head to the right down another firetrail for more downhill and then past some old stables. At the t intersection turn right (Left takes you to Aleta Cl) and your in for more down hill sections and one small hill.
After a long downhill section that is tarred your at the bottom of the valley. You have dropped about 130 metres in about 1-2 km. Now turn left and follow the creek down the main lane cove valley. Their is 5 or 6 creek crossings, most are deep enough that your bottom bracket gets submerged and their are a few rock gardens which can be a pain. You will end up at a junction with the cheltenham and penno park tracks. Depending on how much time i have i will either head further downstream to browns waterhole before returning to this point or just head straight up the cheltenham track back to cheltenham. All up its about 15 km's as a circuit from my place.

I have the gps track, how do I put this on the server for google earth.

I am always keen 4 a ride depending on what shift I am on

Some friends and I prefer this entrance. We like to park there and the ride up stream to the M2 (Sutherland Street) and back a couple times, throwing in Day street to make a nice little loop at the end.
