especially in the dark after lots of rain! yes, go there!
my skin has only just nearly covered my elbow bones again.
ONE hip still has a feminine curve due to massive Haematoma and my thumb is only just starting to bend again.
when you say CARNAGE......in the dark and mud it starts to sound, well...unappealing?

Seems I have 'over trained'. My ride to work this morning displayed a complete lack of energy. Same feeling yesterday... So will be taking a day or 2 rest to recover before my next planned training ride. (cascades hillfest this Saturday - join me if you are mad)

FWIW I would stay away from Perimeter. I have never seen it so wet when it hasn't been actually raining.
