The Maxxis Crossmark UST 2.1 tubeless tyre (folding) I bought the other week weighed 670 gms.

I write on my garage wall the weight of all my bits.

Rob didn't you say recently that we could start a weight chart for all our bits!

You guys really need to think about what your doing. Your like a pack for teenage girls reading Dolly magazine. Next you know you'll be purging parts right after you've bought them.....there is a disease for that you know Smiling

weighing my bits because I already know the best way to ride a light bike is to loose 5 kgs off my gut which is exactly what I am doing at the present Smiling

That's exactly my aim.....looking for 10+ kg loss before DW50.....can't believe i've put that much on since August!
I might have to start drinking middies instead of schooners.....

I've long since learn't don't bother reducing the intake, just increase the exercise..

.....thats probably why I'm 10kg heavier than before all this north american meal portions though....

Pikey, I'll see your 5 and add 10. 11 weeks till the Mont, 14 to DW, that should be almost doable by then. I just need to stop being so soft, in so many different ways

Increasing your fitness regime and adjusting your diet should address some of your concerns...
For other areas, I hear AMI should be able to help out...

quicker than that. Besides, they're too expensive, all that advertising to pay for. I get mine from one of those on-line places in South America that occasionally send promotional stuff direct to my email inbox Eye-wink

Nothing's gone wrong so far
