I might have to start drinking middies instead of schooners.....
Pikey, I'll see your 5 and add 10. 11 weeks till the Mont, 14 to DW, that should be almost doable by then. I just need to stop being so soft, in so many different ways

Increasing your fitness regime and adjusting your diet should address some of your concerns...
For other areas, I hear AMI should be able to help out...

weighing my bits because I already know the best way to ride a light bike is to loose 5 kgs off my gut which is exactly what I am doing at the present

I've long since learn't don't bother reducing the intake, just increase the exercise..
.....thats probably why I'm 10kg heavier than before all this north american meal portions though....
